Sayre man gets 98 to 206 years in prison for rape, operating meth lab

A 45-year-old Sayre man will spend the rest of his life in prison for raping several woman and operating a meth lab.

Sean Robert Hall was sentenced to a minimum of 98 years and eight months to a maximum of 206 years in a state prison in Bradford County Court on Thursday.

Hall pleaded guilty earlier this year to six counts of raping a substantially impaired person after administering drugs without the victim’s knowledge, six counts of rape by forcible compulsion and other related sexual assault charges. He also pleaded guilty to four counts of operating a meth lab.

Hall originally faced more than 500 charges in connection with the rapes of 17 women.

The Bradford County Drug Task Force investigated the case along with Sayre Borough Police and Pennsylvania State Police.
