Sayre man pleads guilty to rape, drug charges, faces up to 440 years in prison

The Sayre man who was facing more than 500 charges in connection with the rapes of 17 woman has pleaded guilty in Bradford County Court.

According to the Bradford County Drug Task Force, 45-year-old Sean Hall pleaded guilty to 21 felony charges:

  • 6 counts of Raping a Substantially Impaired Person after administering drugs without the Victim’s knowledge
  • 6 counts of Rape by Forcible Compulsion, 1 count of Rape of an Unconscious Person
  • 3 counts of Criminal Attempt/Rape by Forcible Compulsion
  • 1 count of Criminal Attempt/Rape of an Unconscious Person
  • 4 counts of Operating a Methamphetamine Lab

Hall was arrested and remanded to the Bradford County Correctional Facility in April of 2024 for his activities involving his alleged methamphetamine manufacturing.

After Hall’s arrest, detectives found evidence of sexual assaults and rapes committed by Hall over the span of several years. This evidence included hundreds of hours of video.

After a lengthy investigation, Hall was arrested in November of 2024 for sexually assaulting and raping 17 different female victims.

Hall’s sentencing is scheduled for June 19. He will be facing a maximum prison sentence of 440 years.
