Bail has been set at $100,000 each for two people after a traffic stop by Sayre Borough Police led to felony drugs charges against them. Sayre police arrested 47-year-old Denise Mae Turner, of Athens, and 32-year-old Dwayne Roberts of Rochester, NY. Turner was initially charged with DUI. Police then charged Turner and Roberts with:
- felony possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and
- criminal use of a communications facility.
Both were remanded to the Bradford County jail in Towanda when they couldn’t post $100K. Roberts and Turner will return to court on September 24 for a preliminary hearing.
