A school bus crashed into the side of Yale’s Music Shop in Athens in the early morning hours on Sunday.
In a Facebook post, the local business said no one was inside the store at the time of the incident. The accident occurred just after midnight.
The driver, who has not been identified, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.
The school bus was reportedly stolen from a nearby parking lot and ended up in the side of the business, located at 218 South Main Street in Athens Borough.
Yale’s Music Shop is closed for business until further notice.
The business thanked the Athens Borough Fire Department and local police departments for their excellent response and help at the scene. They also thanked the community for the outpouring of love and support.
