The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down in Bradford County Wendesday night at about 8PM. The tornado heavily damaged several homes in Franklin Township. The damage was centered in the Route 414 and 514 area. There were no injuries reported.
Further south, an EF-2 tornado was confirmed in the Wilkes-Barre area. The tornado had winds of 130 miles per hour and was on the ground for 2.9 miles. No one was killed but a number of injuries were reported.
