A Towanda man has been arrested for his alleged role in a road rage incident as well as a series of domestic violence incidents.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 31-year-old Elijah Boone has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, terroristic threats and simple assault after he allegedly tried to hit two cyclists while operating a work truck on May 3. Police say he then exited the vehicle and pointed a loaded handgun at the victims.
On May 5, Boone was involved in a domestic violence incident with a known female victim, who is pregnant.
The victim had been assaulted multiple times at two separate locations, and inside a vehicle driving between the scenes. Boone was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.
Boone was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on a combined $130,000 bail. However, according to WENY TV, Boone posted bail and was released.
