A Towanda man is facing felony charges after he allegedly attempted to assault state troopers during an incident last month.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 19-year-old Tyrese A. Ford has been charged with two counts of aggravated asssault, attempts to cause serious bodily injury, which is a grade 1 felony. He was also charged with simple assault, harassment and resisting arrest.
During an investigation, Ford allegedly tried to punch troopers and threw multiple blunt objects at them during an incident on River Lane in Sheshequin Township on Thursday, June 26.
