Bail has been set at $50,000 following the arrest of a Towanda man. State police
said they took 56-year-old Tommy Turner into custody.
He was charged with the felony counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and flight to avoid apprehension. He was also charged with accident involving damage, agriculture trespassing, reckless driving and more.
A preliminary hearing will be held later in May.
