(Part-Time – Approx. 30 Hours/wk.)
The Executive Director provides innovative and strategic leadership by working with the Board of
Directors and any Contracted team, community partners, agency partners and, leaders and donors to
allow UWBC to identify, understand and act on the issues that determine its ability to accomplish its
vision and mission.
This position may be staffed at either the Executive Director or Director’s level, based on experience.
Successful Candidate should possess or have experience in the following areas:
– Community, Organizational Leadership and Fiscal Responsibility
– Experience working with non-profit organizations a plus but not required
– Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel various organizations throughout Bradford County
Administrative Assistant
(Part-Time – Approx. 10 Hours/wk.)
The Administrative assistant will provide support to the Executive Director by performing tasks related
to office and clerical work. This includes but is not limited to, answering emails and questions to donors
and funded agencies, returning phone calls, writing and mailing letters, filing, preparation for Board
meetings, open mail and making deposits.
Successful Candidate should possess or have experience in the following areas:
– General knowledge of office duties and basic computer functions
– Effective written and oral communication skills
– Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel to organizations throughout Bradford County as
needed
