A Wysox Township Supervisor has been arrested for intentionally and knowingly viewing and possessing child pornography.
According to the Daily Review, 63-year-old Victor Franklin was arrested after police received a tip about the upload of files depicting child porn and then obtained a search warrant for Franklin’s place of business in Wysox.
Police removed the hard drive from Franklin’s desktop computer and an officer claims to have observed child pornography on the computer.
Franklin was arraigned before district judge Ryan Edsell on May 1 and sent to the Bradford County Jail on $50,000 bail.
