The 10th annual blood drive in honor of fallen New York State Trooper Christopher Skinner is set for next week.
The drive will run from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Five Mile Point Fire Company in Kirkwood on Monday.
Skinner was killed in 2014 when he was struck by a vehicle while conducting a traffic stop on Interstate 81 in the Town of Chenango.
A 13-year veteran of the New York State Police, Skinner was also a volunteer firefighter at Five Mile Point.
