A Bainbridge man was arrested on theft and drug charges over the weekend. Friday night, the Chenango County Sheriffs Office executed a search warrant on Pearl Street in the town of Bainbridge. They found 43-yearold Todd Roberts to be in possession of stolen jewelry.
The sheriffs office also found cocaine and hypodermic syringes. Roberts has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, as well as charges for criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
He was arraigned in the Town of Bainbridge Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $1,000 bail.
