A Binghamton man has been sentenced to state prison time for burglary.
According to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office, 43-year-old Jamie Viviano was sentenced to six years in prison followed by five years of post release supervision for felony burglary.
He was sentenced to an additional two to seven years in state prison on another felony burglary charge.
The charges were from two incdients that occurred at an apartment building on Mather Street in Binghamton in 2024.
The sentences will run concurrently.
