The Binghamton Police Department has announced the arrest of a man on a sex abuse charge.
According to police, 45-year-old Michael J. Annesi is facing one count of sex abuse in the first degree for alleged contact with a person under the age of 11 years old.
Annesi was remanded to the Broome County Jail on Dec. 5.
No further details have been released at this time.
