The American Civic Association‘s Annual Garlic Festival is set to take place Saturday, 8/25/17 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The event will feature dances from the Indian Community Center, local 13 year old girl from vestal that sings and writes her own music will be performing, as well as The Offbeats Band and a large variety of ethnic foods.
