The Binghamton Senators blanked the Syracuse Crunch 4-0 Wednesday night in Syracuse. Barry Brust made 33 saves for his second shutout of the season.
On the offensive end, Bobby Butler scored his league-leading 13th goal for Binghamton and Corey Locke extended his points streak to 11 games with a goal and two assists. His 26 points lead all AHL players.

Newark Valley senior Lindsay Bakal was named a co-MVP while teammates Angela Holliday and Colleen Quartararo were selected to the first-team. Other selections were Lila Carpenter, Danielle Talenti and Carol McEvoy from Waverly, Candor’s Alison Wilcox, Spencer-Van Etten’s Samantha Steiner and Kara McDuffee, Leandra Brink and Kacie Hoyt from Tioga.
