On Thursday, June 2nd, the New York State Police arrested Jacque Godbay, 45, of Binghamton for Burglary, Criminal Sexual Act, and Aggravated Criminal Contempt.
The arrest was made after an investigation into an alleged assault that occurred during the early morning hours of May 29th.
Godbay forced his way into an apartment in Endwell and sexually assaulted the female resident.
Godbay was arraigned before Town of Union Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail pending further court action.
