A Binghamton man is facing charges after police say he stole 8,000 pounds of scrap metal from a local business. 20-year-old Dustin Tran is facing a felony count of grand larceny, after he allegedly stole $15,000 in scrap metal over the course of several weeks from a business in the Town of Conklin.
