Binghamton Man Gets Five Years Probation for Grand Larceny

A Binghamton man has been sentenced to 5 years probation for writing checks from an elderly person’s account. Garo Kachadourian (Catch-A-door-ee-anne) was convicted of grand larceny in December. As part of his sentence, he was required to pay $13,000 in restitution. The Chenango County DA said the amount has been paid. A protective order was also filed on behalf of the elderly woman.
