On Thursday, the New York State Police arrested Howard Tarbox, 31, and Elizabeth Carman, 31, both of Binghamton for Grand Larceny and Auto Stripping.
The arrests resulted from the theft of automobile parts from Gary’s U-Pull It in Kirkwood.
Mr. Tarbox and Ms. Carman were arraigned in the Town of Fenton Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail.
