Binghamton Police are investigating homicide this morning. Police Chief Joseph Zikuski confirmed that one person is dead. It happened at 6 a.m. at 32 Mygatt Street. The Binghamton Fire Department was called to put out a fire at the home. Portions of Mygatt Street are blocked off as police and fire crews investigate. Mygatt is blocked off between Dickinson to Lydia.
Police are not releasing any additional information at this time.
