Binghamton Police arrested two suspects in an assault and robbery that put a man in the hospital this weekend. Investigators say the victim, a 46-year-old man, was attacked on Chenango Street Sunday night. Witnesses saw two men pick him up and slam him to the ground before going through his pockets to steal loose change. The man suffered a head injury is now in intensive care at Wilson Hospital. Two suspects, 22-year-old Jervel Williams, and 44-year-old Salladin Barton, were located and arrested. Each is facing a charge of first degree robbery.
