Binghamton police say the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Robinson Street was robbed for the second time this weekend. Police were called just before 1 p.m., Sunday to 76 Robinson St. to reports of a man robbing the pharmacy at knife point. Police say Sunday’s robbery was similar to the incident that happened at the same pharmacy on Friday. On that day, police say a man walked into the Rite Aid just after 3 p.m., flashed a knife to an employee and made off with an unidentified amount of money. They described the robber as white, in his 20s, standing approximately 6’0″ with a thin build. They say he has dark hair and acne on his face.
It’s not known whether Sunday’s robber matched that same description. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the detectives bureau at 772-7080.
