New York State Police and the American Red Cross are working together to put on the 2nd annual memorial blood drive for fallen Trooper Christopher Skinner. Trooper Skinner was intentionally struck by a passing car while issuing a ticket on Interstate-81 in May of 2014. The blood drive is scheduled for next Wednesday, December 30th from 12-5 at the State Police Barracks in Kirkwood.
