Maarufu Sababu, 37, of Binghamton was arrested Tuesday following an investigation by the Broome County Special Investigations Task Force.
Sababu is charged with the illegal sale of cocaine.
He was arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court on two felony counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Sababu was remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility.
