The Broome County Special Investigations Unit has just concluded two separate investigations into the illegal sale and possession of heroin and crack cocaine.
Police arrested Jonalia Clemons, 33, of Binghamton following an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine.
She was charged with 2 felony counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Clemons was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court where she was remanded to the Broome County jail without bail.
In a separate investigation Shadoe T. Warren, 20, of Endwell was found to be in possession of 40 bags of heroin, a small amount of powder cocaine and approximately $250.00 in United States Currency.
Warren was charged with 2 felony Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as lesser charges.
He was arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court and remanded to the Broome County jail without bail.
