The Broome County Special Investigations Unit has arrested Brian Tatum, 33, of Binghamton for felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Police executed a narcotics related search warrant at 116 Prospect Avenue apartment #3 in Binghamton and found 112 bags of heroin, $460.00 in United States currency, several digital scales and packaging material.
Tatum was being held at the City of Binghamton Police Department’s lockup awaiting a morning arraignment.
