Earl Wilbur, 46, of Binghamton was convicted of Burglary in the Second Degree after a non- jury trial before Judge Martin E. Smith on Tuesday in Broome County Court.
On June 19th, 2010, Wilbur entered the apartment of a neighbor on Frederick Street in Binghamton and stole two television sets.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 30th.
Wilbur remains remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of bail
