It was a busy weekend for both the Binghamton Senators and the Elmira Jackals.
It started on Friday, when the B-Sens upset the Hershey Bears 4-2 at the Arena. Binghamton stayed at home and played Hartford on Saturday, falling 3-2 in overtime, before traveling to Wilkes-Barre on Sunday, where they lost to the Penguins 2-1 in their fourth game in five nights.
The B-Sens will host Wilkes-Barre/Scranton for their annual Thanksgiving Day game at 6:05pm at the Broome County Arena.
The Elmira Jackals routed the Trenton Devils 7-2 on Saturday before losing to the Reading Royals 3-2 in overtime on Sunday.
The Jackals are the top team in the ECHL. They will be busy with four games in five nights at the First Arena this week, starting Wednesday against the Alaska Aces. Elmira will also play at home Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
