City of Binghamton Requests Lockdown on After Hours Club

The City of Binghamton is again requesting a lockdown of a local after hours hangout.
Last year, Binghamton officials wanted Victoria’s Café on Susquehanna Street closed after two shootings on the premises and numerous complaints from neighbors.
In December, a city court judge allowed it to remain open on the condition there be no alcohol or criminal activity on the property.
City leaders say those conditions have been breached.
Last Saturday, there was a reported shooting with shell casings founds near Victoria’s.
The lockdown request is pending in city court.
