The Broome County Special Investigations Unit made a significant discovery during the execution of a search warrant on Green Street in Binghamton. Officers found 11.8 ounces of cocaine, worth about $30,000 on the street. They also recovered drug packaging materials and a small amount of marijuana. 41-year-old Clarence Rochelle of Binghamton was arrested and charged with three felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Rochelle was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail on $25,000 bail. The investigation is continuing, and more arrests are expected.
