New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo will deliver his first State of the State Address Wednesday.
Cuomo will unveil his design to rebuild the state at 1:30pm in front of all 212 legislators and over 1,800 New Yorkers invited through a random lottery drawing.
The governor has given a few hints about what to expect, including a freeze in pay for state workers, a proposal to cut down on health care spending and the consolidation of some state agencies.
His address will be carried live by our partners Your News Now at 1:30pm. It is channel 16 on Time Warner Cable in Binghamton.
For the first time, Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver and Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos will get to speak before the governor’s address. They will be given three minutes each.
