On Sunday, Broome County officials learned of an incident involving the defacing of County property, including the Courthouse and Columbus statue, in downtown Binghamton. The Broome County Security Division is investigating the incident.

The Broome County Security Division has released a photograph of the person of interest and is encouraging people with information to contact the Broome County Security Case Integrity Unit at 607-778-2519.
