Driver in February Police Chase Turns Himself In

We have an update for you now on the February 12th police chase that started on Route 17 in Chemung County, travelled all the way through Tioga, and ended in Broome County. The vehicle located, but the driver was not. On-going investigation has found that 22-year-old
Keenan Johnson of Binghamton was allegedly driving the vehicle. On March 9th, Johnson turned himself over to troopers at the Owego barracks. He is charged with the misdemeanors, Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Use of a Vehicle Without an Ignition Interlock Device and several traffic violations. Johnson was arraigned and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the town of Owego Court on March 13th and the town of Nichols Court on March 19th.
