Endicott Police have arrested a man after he allegedly stole checks and an ATM card. 38-year-old Jason Clark, of Endicott, is accused of stealing and forging four personal checks, and police say he cashed more than $700 in Endicott and Binghamton. Clark is also accused of stealing an ATM card and withdrawing over $1,600 from various ATMs in the area. Police had already been looking for Clark on a warrant for probation violation, and he was taken to the Broome County jail without bail. He is facing charges of forgery in the second degree and two counts of grand larceny in the fourth degree, all felonies.
