Endicott Police Make Grand Larceny Arrest

The Endicott Police have arrested Joshua Cleveland, 23, in Binghamton for Grand Larceny.
Cleveland is accused of cashing more than $7,500.00 in bad checks through his Visions Federal Credit Union account.
He was also charged with one count of Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument that was found in his possession of when he was taken into custody.
Cleveland was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
