Food trucks could soon be coming to Binghamton. City leaders are trying to find out if these trucks will benefit the downtown area. The discussion comes after the city received a wave of interest from vendors looking to fire up their grills on four wheels. The city’s office of economic development presented a year-long pilot program to city council at the beginning of this month, which would bring food trucks to parts of Exchange, South Washington and Stewart streets. Now, city leaders want to know what you think. A survey has been released online where people can weigh in on the proposal.
