Francesca, a three year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi from Binghamton, will be heading to the Westminster Dog Show in New York City.
Francesca belongs to the Dean of the Binghamton University nursing.
Owner Joyce Ferrario said the thought of being down there and having a dog in the show is just amazing to me.
