Children in Broome County who receive services through the Department of Social Services have a chance to attend the Royal Hanneford Circus in Binghamton for FREE. 275 tickets have been set aside for these children for the 10:30am circus performance on April 30th at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena. Tickets will be available on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve your tickets, call: 778-2621.
