Binghamton Police have arrested a fugitive from New York City who has apparently been hiding out in the Binhamton area.
Cornell Grant was wanted for violating parole, after being arrested for robbery.
A police officer recognized him while he was boarding a bus at the Downtown Binghamton bus station on Chenango Street.
Grant was taken into custody without incident and is awaiting a transfer back to New York City.
