Gov. Andrew Cuomo will visit Binghamton Thursday to give a presentation on his proposed state budget.
The event will be at the Binghamton Riverwalk, 225 Water St.
Doors will open at 10:30AM.
The presentation is scheduled to begin at 11AM.
The event is by invitation only.
