On Wednesday, The Broome County Special Task Force executed a search warrant on Emmet Street in the city. Police found 23.3 grams of heroin, drug packaging materials, and prescription pills. 38-year-old Aaron Mosely of Binghamton has been charged with three counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to sell, felony Criminal Possession, and two counts of felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. Mosely was arraigned in Binghamton City Court yesterday and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
