The work of local artists are on display in the conference room of Broome County’s executive offices. County legislators reached out to the Broome County Arts Council to look for ways to highlight the work of local artists and improve the aesthetics of rooms in the county’s building.
Monday, the county announced a series of art shows featuring local talent. The first show features the paintings of 100-year-old Ted Whipple. The shows are in the legislative council room and will change every four months.
