Jordan Smoke, of the Akwesasne Indian Reservation, was arrested by New York State Police on Saturday.
The 19 year old entered a Candor home at about 4AM.
He was naked from the waist down.
The homeowner’s son was able to detain the man until police arrived.
Smoke appeared to be under the influence in some manner.
He was taken to Binghamton Hospital for treatment and was then released into Police custody.
He is now in the Tioga County Jail, charged with burglary.
