After some questioning, the Civil Service Commission voted 2-1 in favor of keeping Binghamton City Mayor Rich David’s pick for Commissioner of Public Works. Terry Kellog was picked by Mayor Rich David to be the City’s Commissioner of Public Works, however, David’s choice was taken into question when it was discovered that Terry Kellog lives in the Town of Chenango. Kellog is said to have 30 years project management experience in private and public sectors.
