Instead of tackling players on the field, some football players are tackling work at a local charity. On Tuesday morning, female football team the Binghamton Tiger Cats helped Mom’s House get ready for its Open House. Some players got their hands dirty by cleaning up around the place. Mom’s House is a non-profit, licensed free child-care facility for low-income single parents who are right now in school – full time. The program will be hosting an open house on Thursday.
