Enviren Services Inc, an Environmental Test Equipment Service Company, has announced they have been awarded a contract with the US Navy to relocate the Environmental Test equipment from The Naval Weapons Station in Colts Neck, New Jersey to Picatinny Arsenal in Picatinny, New Jersey.
The Contract Award is approximately $756,000.
As the Prime Contractor of this project, Enviren Services will be responsible for the complete removal, relocation and reinstallation, as well as the start up of approximately twenty five pieces of capital equipment.
The total project is expected to last several months.
While this will be their first time functioning as the Prime Contractor on such a project, Enviren Services has relocated several other environmental test labs including those for the US Army and Honeywell Inc in the last few years.
Enviren Services Inc is located on State Street in downtown Binghamton.
They currently employ 11 people with intentions of hiring additional Technicians.
The proprietors of Enviren Services are Jeffery and Teri Rennia.
