A public meeting is being held in Binghamton to discuss a proposed increase of delivery rates for NYSEG customers. Two meetings will be held in the Council Chambers of Binghamton City Hall on March 29th. One meeting will be held at 3PM on the 29th, the other at 7PM. NYSEG is looking to increase the delivery rate for electric by 4.1%, and 7.3% for gas every year, for the next three years beginning in May. NYSEG is looking for the public’s opinion on the proposed rate increases. You do not need to register to participate.
