Several organizations across Broome County are looking to build a facility to service all the needs of any small business in the area. The Agency, Broome County’s Industrial Development Agency, announced the plan yesterday. The facility will be 17,000 square feet and come at a price tag of $4.3 Million. It’s expected to be located at SUNY Broome’s southeast entrance. The Agency, a small business incubator, the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, The Alliance for Manufacturing and Technology, as well as Visions Federal Credit Union will all be located at the planned facility. Construction is expected to begin this summer.
