The Owego boys’ basketball team won a defensive struggle over Chenango Valley 39-32 Tuesday. Mark Merritt scored a game-high 14 points to lead the Indians. Owego will host Windsor on Friday in the next WEBO Game of the Week.

Kara McDuffee filled the stat sheet for Tioga with 24 points, 13 rebounds, six steals and six assists in a 72-35 win over Newfield.
The Binghamton Senators won their fourth straight game, a 5-2 decision over Portland Tuesday. Corey Locke had two goals and two assists for the B-Sens to expand his league-leading total to 55 points.
